                 George Atkin Jr. Recreational Trail

The George Atkin Jr. Recreational Trail is located along scenic Pine Run Creek in the City of Clio and Vienna Township.  The eight foot wide concrete path is maintained throughout the warm  months - offering recreational opportunities

for bicyclists, runners, walkers, and roller-sport enthusiasts.

 

The path meanders through acres of natural woodlands, parks, residential and commercial area.  One of its unique features: uninterrupted travel across the local infrastructure through a series of tunnels and bridges.  The path is easily accessible from parking lots which are located off Jennings, Wilson, and Neff Roads, as well as in the Clio City Park.
