Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 1:30pm for Organization meeting

 

Monday, March 9, 2026 from 9:00 a.m.– 12:00 p.m. and

1:30 p.m.– 4:30 p.m.

and

Monday, March 23, 2026 from 1:00 p.m.– 4:00 p.m. and

6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

 

Hearings will be held at the City of Clio,

505 W. Vienna St, Clio, MI  48420.

 

Appointments for appeal can be made when notices are received by calling the City of Clio during regular business hours:  

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.– 4:30 p.m.   (810) 686-5850. 

Written appeals must be received by 9:00 p.m. March 23, 2026.  Postmarks not accepted. 

 

The tentative ratios and multipliers are as follows:

Commercial      44.35      1.1273

Industrial           47.64      1.0495

Residential        46.88      1.0665

 

The tentative Equalization ratio for all classes of property is 1.0000.
