The City of Clio now has a 90 unit subsidized senior housing complex located at 292 Smith Street. The three story complex was constructed by Royal Castle Development of Miami, Florida. The complex has one and two bedroom handicap accessible rooms for rent. The complex features a common area, indoor spa with a hot tub, hair salon, kitchen, laundry room, fitness center, community room, computer connections and more.
