The Clerk is under the general direction of the City Administrator, manages, coordinates, and carries out the activities of the Office of the Clerk for the City of Clio.   The office of the City Clerk includes all those functions and responsibilities prescribed in the City Charter, City of Clio Ordinances and Resolutions, and those imposed by state and federal law.  The Clerk provides advice, guidance, and policy recommendations to City committees and the City Commission.
