The landscaping project for the Clock Park located at the NE corner of Mill and Vienna Streets in downtown Clio was completed in September 2003 thanks to a $15,000 beautification grant from the Ruth Mott Foundation and the generous contributions of several community members and donations from 14 local organizations.

The electronic sign was up and operating in August 2002.  The sign became a reality after the Arts and Recreation Committee of Common Ground raised $34,865 exclusively through donations and a $1,500 grant from the Clio Community Foundation.

The Parks and Recreation Department did a fantastic job with the brick walkway, landscaping, benches and stone.
