$600 Commercial/$500 Residential application fee - plus any other costs incurred whichever is greater
The City of Clio may recover costs not paid by an applicant by placing a lien on the subject property, subject real estate, or subject real property and that the City may collect costs not paid by an applicant by any other legal means.
